The last two times, USPS was used, and on both occasions I received broken vials of BAC10. Depupeptide made it right by providing free BAC10 replacements with the next order. However, I would recommend that Depupeptide dubble-wrap the liquid kits individually and consider going back to FedEx. Service was faster, and the package was undamaged with FedEx. I got 5th order from DP on the way.
